What’s even more ridiculous than Las Vegas? Las Vegas filled with crafters, of course!
This year, CHA Summer 2013 took over the city known for glitz and glitter. (Seems somehow fitting, doesn’t it?) Here are a few of my favorite photos from the trip:
Did you know that Basic Grey makes fabric too? Well, ya do now!
A Singer Featherweight from my trip to Quiltique. I’m pretty sure I’m in love.
CHA after hours: Team CTD + Carolina’s tiara.
(Thanks to Carolina, who posted this photo on Instagram!)
Carolina having a moment in the Warm Company booth.
I crushed on this cute, colorful mini Janome sewing machine for the whole show. (Alas, it’s not yet on the website.)
Quilt dies in the Sizzix booth! Squee!
Triangle English paper piecing on the plane. (My new Tonic scissors from Purple Cows made it through security!)
Ah, yes. Evidence of the requisite suitcase-full-of-craft-supplies TSA search.
Simon-the-cat trying to prevent me from packing.
Kathy, the Crafty Chica, looking adorable with her crocheted bag.
And, just for good measure, the fountains at the Bellagio. (I mean, you can’t leave Vegas without seeing the fountains!)
